Ticket Purchase:
We're so excited to see you at FleurEx! Please remember to secure your spot by purchasing your entry ticket online before you arrive. This is the best way to guarantee your entry, as tickets at the door are limited and a higher price.
Members of the BFA and IPF qualify for discounted entry tickets. To receive this discount, you must enter your membership number when purchasing your ticket. Membership numbers may not be shared or used to purchase multiple entry tickets.
Under 16's can enter the show free of charge, but must still have their own ticket and be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Proof of age will be required on the door.
Receipts & VAT:
Just a heads-up, we won't be able to provide individual receipts on request, but all prices include VAT (our number is 446795012). You will receive a confirmation email when you register for your entry ticket and this will have a receipt attached for your payment.
On-the-Day Tickets:
Should you decide to join us on the day itself, we’d be thrilled to have you! All on-the-day entries are a flat rate of £60 (£50 +VAT). While we recommend buying your tickets in advance online to ensure your spot, we're happy to accommodate spontaneous attendees if space allows.
The Event Attendee App:
The app has been developed to help you make the most of your visit to FleurEx. Instructions of how to download the app and log in will be sent in your confirmation email once you have booked your entry tickets. The PIN you receive in this email is unique to you and must not be shared. You can use the app to check-in quickly when you arrive and your badge will be printed ready for you to enter the show.
Refunds & Name Changes:
We'd love for you to be a part of our event, but if your plans change, please note that we're not able to offer refunds within 14 days of the event. Life is full of surprises though, and if someone else will be enjoying the show in your place, just let us know their name at least 48 hours before the event starts, and we'll happily update your ticket details free of charge.
Accommodation Assistance:
While we don't offer a hotel package, we'd love to help make your stay as comfy as possible. Feel free to book the hotel directly at www.nottinghamvenues.com (Orchard Hotel) and mention the code: Florist2025 to sort out your stay.
Personal Property
All attendees are responsible for their own personal property. Property should not be left unattended at any time. The BFA take no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.
The BFA Promise:
We're committed to giving you a fabulous event experience. However, if extraordinary circumstances beyond our control arise - like nature's surprises, unforeseen government directives, or anything that might compromise the safety of our lovely attendees or staff - we might have to make tough calls or cancellations. Such events are rare but our focus is on everyone's well-being, and we'll be as accommodating as possible.
Ticket Purchase:
Tickets for the Industry Awards Evening must be purchased in advance. You can add a ticket to your order when you purchase your FleurEx general entry ticket, but don't wait too long as numbers are limited and tickets will sell out fast!
On-the-Day Tickets:
This event is very popular and on the day tickets will not be available.
Photography:
We'd love you to record your experience to share with friends, or on social media, but we ask that you do so from the comfort of your seat whilst the Awards Ceremony is taking place. This will help the evening run smoothly, and ensure that everyone can see the action! The BFA official photographer will endeavour to catch all the important moments, which will be shared online at a later date. The BFA reserves all photographic rights for the event.
