Terms & Conditions 1. Ticket Purchase and Admission • All attendees are encouraged to purchase tickets online in advance of the event. • A limited number of tickets may be available for purchase at the venue on the day of the event, subject to availability. • For security and capacity reasons, individuals who have not purchased a ticket in advance may be refused entry. • Ticket prices (inclusive of VAT) are: o £25.00 per person for BFA Members o £35.00 per person for Non-Members • All tickets are strictly non-refundable, except where the event is cancelled by the organiser. • Hub entry tickets include a light lunch and entry to the selected Hub meeting. • Those wishing to compete in the UK Florist of the Year Competitions must purchase a separate competition ticket, which includes entry to the Hub meeting. Competitors do not need to purchase a Hub entry ticket. ________________________________________ 2. Ticket Transfers and Registration • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by notifying us in writing at info@britishfloristassociation.org no later than 48 hours prior to the event. • Ticket transfers are not valid until written confirmation has been issued by the BFA. ________________________________________ 3. Event Changes, Cancellation and Liability The organiser, the British Florist Association (BFA), reserves the right to amend the event programme, venue, timing, or speakers where reasonably necessary. The BFA and the venue shall not be liable for any delay, alteration, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: • Government action, regulatory changes, strikes, labour disputes, or accidents • Acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or national/local emergencies • Venue closure or restrictions beyond the organiser’s control • Circumstances where proceeding with the event would present safety, legal, or reputational risks In the event of cancellation, the organiser will use reasonable endeavours to notify all registered attendees as soon as practicable and provide further guidance regarding ticket arrangements.
